We will be open for both lunch and dinner these days, and are happy to say that we have a new menu for 2008 where you will find many of our favourite Clubhouse Classics have returned to the menu, along with many new dishes, similar to the ones that can be found in most of your Mom’s recipe books.

In keeping with the local area’s tradition and heritage, Executive Chef Bradley Lomanto has adopted his own take on traditional Country Cooking. Chef Lomanto will modify our menu along with the changing of the seasons to keep with his vow to use as many fresh, local ingredients, to ensure the best dishes possible.

To celebrate this special occasion, Executive Chef Bradley Lomanto has designed a special menu to share a romantic evening with your Valentine.

For only $38.95 per person, you will receive your choice of Appetizer, Entree & Dessert. We know that with Valentine's Day being on a Thursday it is not possible for everyone to celebrate that day, so we will be offering this special menu beginning on Wednesday February 13, and it will be available through to Sunday February 17.

Along with the fantastic menu you see below, Vineland Estates winery (exclusive bottler of Copetown Woods house wines), will be providing all of the ladies with a special gift.
